Made using traditional method techniques, it has a delicate and creamy bubble, with the flavour carried across the palate by a crisp, cool climate acidity. This wine is ready to be enjoyed now, and with careful cellaring will continue to improve over the next three years

All about the Silent Auction
When is the Silent Auction available?
The Silent Auction will commence at 7pm on Friday 24th October and end at 5pm Sunday 26th October.
You can bid anytime during this period - at the Art Show, at home, during the day, or late at night!
Who can bid on the Silent Auction
The Silent Auction is open to anyone within Australia, however the majority of the items must be collected from the school, with postage only available on a select few items.
How do I bid on the Silent Auction?
To bid on the an item within the Silent Auction, simply add a bid $ amount to the item that is greater than the current bid value.
During the first time, you will be asked to create an account or log into the website so that we can collect your details and send you updates about the items you bid on during the Auction.
Only a couple of items have a reserve, which will be the minimum bid value.
What do I do if I win an item?
Congratulations on being the top bidder! We will let you know if you are the winning bidder. You will have 2 days to pay for your item via the website. Failure to pay for the item, will automatically see the next highest bidder offered the item.
How do I collect my winning items? Is postage available?
Collection of the Silent Auction items must be from:
- The Mount Eliza North Primary School - front office
- 6 Moseley Dr, Mount Eliza VIC 3930
- Between Monday 27th and Friday 31st October during school hours.
- If items not collected during this time, the Art Show Committee will endevour to contact the winning bidder. If still not collected, the winning item will be forfeited and sold to the next highest bidder.
There are a handful of Silent Auction items that include postage. These items will be posted to the winning bidder once payment has been received.
