MENPS Photography & Painting Competition
Beside the Seaside
All MENPS Students are encouraged to enter into the Student Photography & Painting Competition.
The 2025 theme is "Beside the Seaside".
The students' artwork is displayed within the main gallery, and will be for sale via this page below (but parents, get in quick - someone else might buy your kids' image!)
KEY DATES:
- Registration DUE: Fri 5th Sept
- Ready to Hang Artwork Due: Fri 10th Oct (End of Week 1 in Term 4)
Important Info
- Miss Vuat will assist students with brainstorming ideas and artwork composition.
- Students will take their photo or paint their scene and frame it at home in their own time, with their own materials.
- The competition is open to ALL MENPS students.
- Please register your child’s intention to enter the competition by completing the form.
- ONE artwork per student.
- The maximum size for artwork (including frame) is A3.
- Artwork must either be framed or on a canvas and be ready to hang with wire/string on the back (not hooks).
- Artwork must be labelled on the back with the student’s FULL NAME and GRADE.
- All artwork will be displayed for the duration of the art show.
- All artwork will be for sale over the weekend, with monies retained by the Art Show and going toward the school’s fund raising efforts.

The Peninsula Camera House Student Choice Award: A printing voucher is awarded to the best artwork within Junior, Middle and Senior levels, as voted by the MENPS Students.

The Famished Wolf Participation Award: A kid's meal voucher is provided to all exhibiting students. Chow down a kids burger with your family to build up your energy to take make more art!
