MENPS Class Donations
Which MENPS class will raise the most money?
Let's fundraise!
Do you know another way the Art Show raises money is through a Live Auction, Silent Auction and a Raffle draw?
These additional fundraising activities can generate an extra $10,000 for the school!
The amazing items on offer are kindly donated by local businesses and MENPS families.
We need your help!
Normally, seeking donated items is done by a volunteer on the Art Show Committee, but this year we are doing it a bit differently.
We are asking EVERY MENPS CLASS to source or donate at least TWO items that we can use for the Live Auction, Silent Auction or Raffle Tickets.
Together we do better!
Work together with your class to gather at least two items:
- Own a business and keen to offer a voucher?
- Have an unwanted gift you're happy to donate?
- Your workplace has samples they are happy to give away?

Ready to donate?
Once you have your item, pop it into the Donation Box located at the MENPS front office. We would love to receive as many items by 31st July - the sooner we have them, the sooner we can add them to the website and start promoting them!

LIVE AUCTION
About: The Live Auction is a highlight of Opening Night! An auctioneer leads the crowd on a bidding spree for amazing items.
Item $ Range: $200-$1,500
Items Needed: 6-10 items
Seeking items: mid-range to high-end items, such as overnight accommodation, fine dining vouchers, sport getaways, etc.
When: The Live Auction is only held on Opening Night.

RAFFLE TICKETS
About: Raffle ticket prizes.
Item $ Range: $50-$1,000
Items needed: 6-10 items
Type of items: A range of specialty items to everyday items, such as sporting goods, entertainment vouchers, power tools, etc.
When: MENPS students will receive a Raffle Booklet a month prior to the Art Show to sell tickets. Tickets also for sale on this website and over the weekend.

SILENT AUCTION
About: A wide range of goodies for people to bid on over the weekend.
Item $Range: $40-$500
Items Needed: 30-50 items
Seeking Items: Hampers, clothing, vouchers, kids toys, home decor, pantry items, business vouchers, business samples, Christmas items, etc.
When: Available to everyone, bidding starts Friday night and ends Sunday afternoon.

While we would love to accept everything, here are a few things to keep in mind...
> Please do NOT approach local (Frankston, Mt Eliza & Mornington) businesses for donations - we don't want 101 MENPS families bombarding the same businesses with donation requests.
> Actual products should be new and unused, however unique vintage items can also be considered.
> Vouchers can be cards, or printed on paper, or can be e-vouchers (please contact us about these).
> All items need to be suitable for children to see.
> Unless it's a super special wine, we won't need any extra alcohol (our wine & beverage sponsors often donate these).
