Satisfy your sweet tooth with a decadent cake or biscuit, and a creamy coffee or hot chocolate.
Sweet are either baked by MENPS families, or donated by local bakeries and cake makers.
Our Grade 6 Students help as waiters and waitresses - parents are requested to use the booking system below to sign their child up.

Hungering for some lunch? Grab a gourmet sausage!
New for 2025, the MENPS Golf Dads and the Grade 5 students will be sizzeling up a storm on the BBQ and offering plain, gourmet and veggo sausages (gluten free options too).
Our Grade 5 Students will help with serving at the BBQ - parents are asked to use the booking system below to sign their child up to help.

Does your Grade 6 child want to help out in the Cafe or have their own Market Stall?
Does your Grade 5 child want to help out with the Sausage Sizzle?
Is your Grade hosting an Activity Station and you need to sign up to a volunteer slot?
Use this booking system to book your area and time.
IMPORTANT:
- Each slot is for 2 hours, please arrive 10min before your slot
- Grade 5 & 6 Parents are to drop their child off at their area, and then volunteer within the Art Show
- Grade 6 Cafe Helpers - 2 children per slot
- Grade 5 BBQ Helpers - 2 children per slot
- Grade 6 Market Stalls - 3 Market Stalls per slot
- Activity Stations - 1 parent/family per grade per slot
- We will provide tables and chairs
- Bookings can be changed via the "Appointment Confirmed" email you will receive after making your booking - if you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking so another child/parent can attend instead.
