OPENING NIGHT
Fri 24th Oct 9am-11pm
30 people to help make Opening Night happen! Putting on the final touches, checking tickets, working bar, helping with sales, etc.

CAKE BAKE
Sat 25th & Sun 26th
30 cakes each day! Cakes, slices, scones, biscuits, cream, lollies!
Drop off to cafe by 10am each day. Please do not cut cakes/slices - cafe will do this to make all same size. MUST include ingredients list.

SATURDAY
Sat 25th Oct 10am-4pm
30 people to help on entry sales, cafe helpers, gallery and shop floor staff, general helpers!

Time to pack up...

ARTWORK PICK UP
Sun 26th Oct - 4pm-7pm
20 people to help take down all the artwork and get it ready for pick up by their new owners, or return artists. Help dismantle art boards and displays, roll up carpet.

FINISH PACKING UP
Mon 27th Oct - 9am-4pm
20 people to help finish packing up whatever didn't get done Sunday night.

RETURN CARPET
Mon 27th Oct - 4pm-5pm
4 people to help pick up the carpet from MENPS, load it into a trailer, drive to Derinya Primary School, and unload the carpet.
