Below are the key areas where we need help - which area do you fancy?

CARPET COLLECTION & COMMENCE SET UP
Fri 16th Oct - 4-4:30pm
4 people to help pick up the carpet from Derinya Primary School and load it onto a trailer. It takes only 15min!
Fri 16th Oct - 6:30-8pm
20 people and then we take it back to MENPS and start to set up the Gallery! Pizza for those who come!

CONTINUE SETTING UP EXHIBITION
Sat 17th Oct - 9am-4pm
40 people to help roll out the carpet, set up the art boards, set up shop layout, paint plinths! Come for 30min or the whole day!

ACCEPTING ARTWORK
Sun 18th Oct - 10am-4pm
20 people to help with accepting artwork as the artists drop off their pieces.

DISPLAYING & HANGING
Mon 19th - Thur 22nd Oct - 9am-3pm
6 people per day to help hanging artwork, setting up the shop, putting up labels, displaying silent auction, the list goes on!

OPENING NIGHT
Fri 23rd Oct 9am-11pm
30 people to help make Opening Night happen! Putting on the final touches, checking tickets, working bar, helping with sales, etc.

CAKE BAKE
Sat 24th & Sun 25th
30+ cakes each day! Cakes, slices, scones, biscuits, cream, lollies!

ARTWORK PICK UP
Sun 25th Oct - 4pm-7pm
20 people to help take down all the artwork and get it ready for pick up by their new owners, or return artists. Help dismantle art boards and displays, roll up carpet.

FINISH PACKING UP
Mon 26th Oct - 9am-4pm
20 people to help finish packing up whatever didn't get done Sunday night.

RETURN CARPET
Mon 26th Oct - 4pm-5pm
4 people to help pick up the carpet from MENPS, load it into a trailer, drive to Derinya Primary School, and unload the carpet.
