You Bake ~ We Serve
Is the Woman's Weekly cookbook your go to? Or are you more a Stephanie Alexander?
We'd love for you to bake and bring in your world famous scrumptious creation! Be it cookies, slices, tarts, cakes or anything for the sweet-tooth, we want it! Below are some ideas for what we are looking for.
Please bring these to the cafe over the Art Show weekend (ideally in the mornings).

IMPORTANT!
- Baked items are to be delivered to the school office Friday 23 Oct, or delivered directly to the cafe Sat 24 and Sun 25.
- You MUST include an ingredients list (to advise for allergens).
- Please DO NOT cut/slice it (we will do this to ensure even sizing).
- Please label any platters/delivery contains that require returning.
- We encourage baked goods that are allergen friendly - gluten free, dairy free, vegan, etc. NO peanuts in any items.

SCONES
A must have for every cafe! Here is a simple recipe to follow if you don't have one:
- 2 cups Self Raising Flour
- 150ml Cream
- 150ml Lemonade
Steps:
- Mix/knead flour, cream and lemonade. Add more flour as needed to ensure a dry dough.
- Spread out dough, keep 2cm thick, cut out 3-4cm diameter circles.
- Bake scones at 220oC for 10-15min until just golden.

BANANA/BERRY/FRUIT BREAD
It's healthy, because it's called bread! Use your fav recipe, or try this one:
- 1 1/4 cup Self Raising Flour
- 1 ts All Spice
- 20gm Butter
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Mashed Banana (or other)
Steps:
- Mix all dry ingredients together, then mix in all wet ingredients.
- Pour into loaf tin, bake 180oC for 30-45min until just cooked through.

Bring a big bag of lollies, and we will put them into smaller bags to sell.
