“Pear" is a 2026 wood sculpture, carved and turned from a single continuous block of birch. The uninterrupted wood grain highlights the artist’s precision, while the traditional Japanese Ukibori technique gives the blossom its raised, textured detail. A natural wax finish creates a soft satin glow, highlighting the sculpture’s refined craftsmanship and delicate details.

Collecting your artwork
- Gallery artwork can be purchased via this website at anytime over the art show weekend. Gallery items must remains on display for the duration of the Art Show and are to be collected from the school once the Art Show closes on Sunday 25 Oct between 4:30pm-5:30pm.
- Shop items can only be purchased in-person while in the shop and can be collected once purchased.
- Postage is NOT possible on any items.
