This unique large stand alone piece has been made using brilliant chocolatey black clay fired in a gas burner kiln. The base has been wheel thrown, then built up using rolled coils to hand-build the top half of the shape. Each bulbous protrusion has been thumb stretched to crackle the white slip painted on the surface, to reveal individual patterns. It has then been enhanced with a white glossy globule type glaze.

    • Gallery artwork can be purchased via this website at anytime over the art show weekend. Gallery items must remains on display for the duration of the Art Show and are to be collected from the school once the Art Show closes on Sunday 26 Oct between 4:30pm-5:30pm.
    • Shop items can only be purchased in-person while in the shop and can be collected once purchased.
    • Postage is NOT possible on any items.
