"Mt Eliza Across the Bay" captures a minimalist view from my narrative. Every time I find myself on the beach in Mt Eliza, I'm struck by the stunning contrast—the calmness of the bay set against the distant, towering presence of Melbourne City. It feels like a glimpse into another world, a far-removed yet visibly close place.
In my mind, the streets don't always exist the way they should. Sometimes, street signs appear pink, surreal, and playful, as if hinting at a different reality. Of course, they aren’t pink in real life. But it’s a reflection of how I experience this place—my little road to drive on, shaped by how I feel and imagine it, a bridge between worlds.
