The Hinterland is an abstract depiction of an outback aerial landscape, made up of approx. 1200 35x35mm, stained, varnished wood blocks of varying depths. It's been framed in a varnished 42mm x 12mm natural hardwood floating frame. 
  • The dimensions are W153, H91.5, D5 cm.

This is a real favourite of mine.  It started out as a simple abstract but the way the colours work with each other and with the light, dry sand creek running through it, made me save it for the Mount Eliza show. The picture really doesn't do this one justice.

The piece is approx. 17kg and comes with the appropriate hanging hardware.
