"The Divine Miss M" is a modern adaptation of Mary Magdalene, a very misunderstood and misrepresented figure of biblical history, she is now often thought to have been a woman who did not want to lead a typical life of being chosen a man by her father. Instead wanting to dedicate herself to a life of spirituality and helping the needy.
