ABOUT THE ARTISTLyn Wallis is Chief Rabbit for The Daily Rabbit, a unique design and 3D printing micro-farm in Baranduda, regional Victoria. Her light and colourful 3D printed vases are made from eco-friendly PLA (polylactic acid), a plant-based bio-plastic that can be commercially composted. Lyn’s vision is to set an inspiring standard for thoughtful and imaginative object design and production, and to bring originality, curiosity, and colour into homes everywhere.
ABOUT THE PRODUCT
The Daily Rabbit is committed to making sustainably. Vases are 3D printed, using high quality degradable and biodegradable PLA in a home studio powered by solar energy. The Daily Rabbit’s 3D printed vases are surprisingly light, watertight, and durable: they are made up of hundreds of layers of PLA (not injection moulded), so should be treated like handmade objects. Each vase comes with full care and handling instructions.
All vases are 20cm tall.
