'Finding comfort' 2024
  • 51cm x 94cm wall hanging.  Original linocuts and monoprints on fabric with hand stitched embroidery. 
  • Timber d-ring hanging 
Lea Banko graduated with a Diploma of Visual Arts from the CAE majoring  in Painting and printmaking. She has participated in numerous Solo and group exhibits in and around Victoria.  Her current work is inspired by her home and family life, combining mixed media as a way of storytelling.  Taking everyday moments with a mix of imagination to create art that captures a sense of self, comfort, belonging and home.
