Oil on canvas, framed, 76cm x 61cm.
'A Series of Moments' draws inspiration from the fleeting beauty of time and the delicate interplay between nature and human emotion. The butterflies and flowers symbolise transformation and the constant evolution of our inner world. This piece includes text inviting viewers to pause, appreciate the present, and recognise the profound significance of each moment as it unfolds.
About the artist: I am an ex nutrition scientist/researcher/author now living my dream; creating beautiful oil paintings.
After studying at the Milan Art Institute, I found myself irresistibly drawn to painting faces, and realised that my true passion lay in capturing the essence of human expression, starting always with the eyes because the eyes are indeed the 'window to the soul.'
My artistic style is a blend of whimsical and surreal elements, seamlessly intertwined with touches of realism.
My fascination with whimsical and surreal themes stems from my desire to explore the boundaries of imagination and reality. I aim to create visual representations imbued with stories and emotions that invite viewers to embark on a journey of discovery.
