Frequently asked questions

Why do I need an ABN to exhibit?

This is a requirement from the Department of Education - tax legislation requires that an ABN is required by suppliers for any payments processed by the school. For the purpose of payments from sales of works at the Art Show artists are classed as suppliers, and therefore require an ABN.

If you don’t currently have an ABN, you can apply for one - find out more here.

When will I find out the outcome of my application?

Firstly, thank you for applying! The Art Show Organising Team will be in touch with the outcome of your application by early September.

How can I have my products stocked in the Gallery Shop?

Due to space limitations, entry into the Gallery Shop is by invitation only.
